How To Get People To Engage With Your Corporate Presentation

Most corporations like to do a big conference or convention once year as a way to teach employees new things, to show appreciation, and to give everyone a change of pace. If you are in charge of your corporate presentation this year, why not think outside of the box and do something creative? While you may think that a typical PowerPoint presentation is effective, they tend to be a bit boring which means that people don't have much to take away. Here are a few different suggestions on ways that you can get people to engage with your corporate presentation.

Play Jeopardy

Nothing is quite as fun as seeing people play gameshows; especially when those people are corporate executives. Once you give people some basic information in a small PowerPoint presentation and have it displayed using an audio visual display, then invite all of the corporate executives to the stage to play a game of Jeopardy. This is a great way to get your audience to engage and get people to learn more about the executives, and it will also be a fun way for them to learn the in's and out's of the company.

Do An Extreme Competition With Audience Members

Another fun thing to do is to do an extreme competition with audience members. At the beginning of the game, call up a few random people from the audience to play. Then, once they are on the stage, ask them a bunch of questions about the company that are displayed on a big screen. If they don't guess them right, they have to do funny and entertaining things like go in a dunk tank, have a pie smashed in their face, eat something unusual, or anything else that will entertain the audience.

Turn it Into a Musical

If you have some people in your company that are known for entertainment and like to be the center of attention, why not turn your boring PowerPoint presentation into something captivating like a musical? All you have to do is give these creatives your notes and they can turn them into catchy songs. With a little bit of work, you may create some catchy jingles that will help everyone remember the information.

To pull off any of these ideas, make sure that you get the correct corporate audio visual rental so that you can display everything live on stage and the audience can participate too.

About Me

family events for kids of all ages

As a family, it can be hard to find new things to go out and do together. This is especially true when the ages of your kids are spread out. For example, my oldest boy is just about to turn 18 and my youngest daughter is about to turn 3. This makes it challenging to find things that we can all do together without anyone getting bored or unable to participate in the fun. The content on this blog will give you ideas for new events and things to explore as a family. Hopefully, you will find a few ideas that will help your family get out of the house and have family fun that everyone enjoys.
